What happens after I have returned the data?

parent members who will make a decision about which studies to support. The

steering committee will contact families about research studies to see if

they are interested in taking part. Your details will not be given to the

researchers. If you choose to take part in a study you will be given the

contact details of the researchers to contact them yourself. You are under

no obligation to take part in any studies – the services you and your child
